Sabrina combines a wealth of experience in both operations and real estate to bring a synergistic approach to running a real estate business. With a background in sales, transaction coordinating, and operating a dance and fitness business, she has developed varied skills and strategies to support the team with structure and heart.

Sabrina grew up in Houston but has called Austin home since 2017. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Psychology and went on to publish a paper in the Journal of Developmental Science. When she is not serving her team or clients, you can find her in a dance class or serving as a volunteer in various consent education and sexual assault prevention projects.

Sabrina thrives on creating processes, optimizing systems, and coaching others to success, while maintaining a hands-on approach to operational support. Sabrina brings the utmost care and attention to detail to everything she does so you can trust that you are in capable hands.

Taylin Teggeman is an Austin native, whose intimate local expertise and comprehensive market knowledge have afforded her client base to be largely made up of repeat and referral business. Her tenure and comprehension combined provide value to those who have the opportunity to work alongside her.

Taylin grew up in Westlake and entered the industry at a young age working at Austin City Lofts from the ground up. She currently resides in the outskirts of Austin, in Lakeway, with her family. Taylin’s longevity in the industry and first-hand experience living and working in various parts of the city, afford her the ability to educate her clients on the micro-markets and seamlessly guide them through the buying and selling process.

After working as an agent for nearly a decade, Taylin recognizes what truly drives her business- a concierge customer approach. It’s how well you connect with the people you are trying to help, listening to their needs, and absorbing the information they provide you.
