Casey L. Miller brings more than three decades of experience across real estate, mortgage lending, and property management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in real estate, providing a strong foundation in property valuation, investment analysis, and financial structuring.
He began his career as a mortgage banker and broker, spending over a decade guiding clients through the lending process, structuring complex financing solutions, and managing relationships to ensure seamless transactions. During this time, he developed deep expertise in residential and investment financing, sales cycle management, and needs-based financial advising.
Casey’s passion for real estate was shaped early on, working alongside his father, a seasoned real estate appraiser with more than 40 years of experience. This hands-on exposure instilled a strong understanding of property valuation, market dynamics, and analytical discipline well before his professional career began. He later expanded his experience through internships with two of the largest real estate firms in Southern Louisiana, gaining valuable insight into large-scale operations and client service.
While in college, Casey had the unique opportunity to collaborate on a featured project for Southern Living Magazine, partnering with a well-known interior designer. He played an active role in the installation process and contributed creative input, earning recognition in the publication.
In addition to his real estate and lending background, Casey spent several years with one of the world’s largest medical companies, where he consulted with thousands of patients. In this role, he guided individuals through important, often personal decisions—helping them define their goals, evaluate options, and move forward with confidence. He later served as a Regional Business Development Manager, leading teams and overseeing multi million dollar annual sales. This experience further strengthened his ability to communicate effectively and guide clients through high-stakes decisions with clarity and care.
Casey has also been actively involved in managing family-owned real estate assets, further strengthening his expertise in long-term investment strategy and property management. As a 20-year resident of Austin, Texas, he has been an active buyer, seller, and investor, giving him firsthand knowledge of the city’s dynamic and evolving real estate market.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Casey is deeply committed to family and community. He has been married for over 13 years and is a proud father to his 10-year-old son. He has coached youth baseball and soccer for multiple seasons and remains actively involved in the Scouts program, reflecting his commitment to mentorship, leadership, and community involvement.
